I'm here to guide you in developing HR strategies, help you prioritise and effectively balance the operational and strategic sides of HR. This service is ideal for companies where the HR agenda is being handled by a junior / medior HR professional who needs the support and guidance of a more experienced colleague. I can also be contacted by CEOs or company founders who want advice on how to start strategically setting the HR agenda from the ground up.

HR mentoring

         HOW COOPERATION WORKS

  • In an initial orientation meeting (25 minutes, online, free) we will discuss the topics you are working on and need support with. We'll confirm if working together makes sense, and I'll be happy to answer any questions you have. Choose your meeting date here.

  • Mentoring typically lasts 3-6 months, where we meet bi-weekly for 60 minute meetings (online or in person).

  • Consultations are more flexible and can last 1-4 weeks, depending on needs and range of topics.

  • Basic hourly rate: 2 400 CZK (60 minutes)

  • Discounted packages: 8 800 CZK (4 x 60 minutes) or 16 000 CZK (8 x 60 minutes)
