I'm here to help you make the necessary changes - from thorough analysis and solution design to actual implementation. My work doesn't end until your team feels confident and able to proceed independently with the new setup.

 

As an HR Project Lead, I become a temporary part of your team and lead specific projects that need expert guidance and experience. This service is ideal for companies that are ready for change and know what they want, but need a partner to help them get from idea to action.

  • Transfer of know-how: During the collaboration, I not only implement the necessary changes, but also pass on my expertise to your team so that they can continue independently and efficiently after the project has ended.

         HOW COOPERATION WORKS​

  • In an initial orientation meeting (25 minutes, online, free) we will discuss the topics you are working on and need support with. We'll confirm if working together makes sense, and I'll be happy to answer any questions you have. Choose your meeting date here.

  • At the beginning, we will clarify the brief, goals and requirements together. We regularly evaluate the progress of the project and adjust it according to the current situation.

  • Collaboration can last from 3 to 12 months, depending on the scope and complexity of the project.

         PRICE

 

  • We usually start with a needs analysis and agree on the price individually according to the complexity and scope (hourly rate).
