         WHAT IT IS ABOUT

Long-term support for small and medium-sized companies that want to lead HR strategically and prepare for future growth, but don't yet need a full-time internal Head of People. I offer ongoing expert advice and implementation of HR strategies, tools and processes that will work now and in 2-3 years. As interim or fractional HR, I will become part of your team for a period of time. Together we will ensure the transfer of know-how and gradually create and maintain a long-term effective HR system.

         HOW COOPERATION WORKS​

  • In an initial orientation meeting (25 minutes, online, free) we will discuss the topics you are working on and need support with. We'll confirm if working together makes sense, and I'll be happy to answer any questions you have. Choose your meeting date here.

  • I will start working with you as an external HR partner on a part-time basis (10-50 hours per month). Together, we will set clear goals and a timeline at the outset, which we will evaluate and adjust regularly.

  • If you already have internal HR, I purposefully pass on my experience so they can continue to work independently and effectively after the partnership ends.

         PRICE AND DURATION

 

  • Typical duration of cooperation is 1-2 years. We agree on the price individually according to the complexity and scope (monthly flat rate).
