PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND COOKIES

If you book an online meeting via a link on the website www.hihlanova.cz or you are already my customer, you entrust me with your personal data and I am responsible for their protection and security. I process your personal data in accordance with the relevant legal regulations, in particular in accordance with the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of the European Parliament and the EU Council 2016/679 (hereinafter "GDPR"). What does that mean for you?

 

Who is the administrator?

The administrator is Bohumila Hihlánová, IČO 17333784, with registered office U Ladronky 639/20, 169 00, Prague 6 - Břevnov, individual entrepreneur registered registered in the Trade Register of the Municipal Office Prague 6, who, among other things operates the website www.hihlanova.cz.

Scope of personal data and purposes processing

 

I process the personal data that you entrust to me only to the extent strictly necessary for the specified purpose and always based on a valid legal reason. This is primarily the performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest or consent granted:

 

Provision of services, performance of contracts - I process the data on the basis of Article 6/1 b GDPR. You do not have a legal obligation to provide me with this personal data, but without providing it I cannot conclude a contract with you or provide the service at all or properly:

  • If you book a non-binding online appointment, I process your personal data to the extent necessary for this purpose - i.e. name, surname, e-mail, phone.

  • In order to provide the agreed services (consultation, advisory, training), I process your personal data as a customer, to the extent necessary - i.e. name, contact details (e-mail, telephone), your business data and, where applicable, data that you pass to me, so that I can provide my services.

  • In the case of individual coaching, in addition to the above-mentioned data, it is also data on the dates and extent of the coaching provided, determined by the number of hours, for the purpose of keeping records with the aim of proving the experience and qualification of the coach. 

 

Compliance with legal obligations - e.g. data for issuing invoices and keeping accounts, based on Article 6/1 c GDPR. Providing data for this purpose is a legal requirement. You are required to provide this information.

 

Record and organizational purposes, protection of my legitimate interests - on the basis of Article 6/1 f GDPR - I process some personal data in my legitimate interest (e.g. recording contact information, records of receivables, etc.). You can object to this processing.

 

Marketing purposes - i.e. direct marketing (addressing clients by e-mail - sending business messages that relate to the provision of my services or products), based on Article 6/1 f GDPR. You can also object to this processing. Business communication I am sending also to non-customers, on the basis of their consent to sending, i.e. on the basis of Article 6/1 and GDPR. You have the right to refuse the sending of commercial communications at any time - either by e‑mail bohunka@hihlanova.cz or in another, more convenient way specified directly in a specific commercial communication.

 

Organizing online seminars and online meetings through the Google Meet application, when I process e.g. name, surname, contact data (especially e‑mail address), or job position, on the one hand based on Article 6/1 b GDPR - for the purpose of fulfilling the contract (i.e. enabling your participation in the seminar/meeting, sending access data, information about the seminar/meeting) and/or on the basis of Article 6/1 f GDPR - for reasons of legitimate interest (i.e. for the purpose of the presence of participants, keeping client records, technical support for seminars, sending recordings from seminars, answering questions from participants, etc.). Please note that it is not necessary to enter a name when participating in a seminar/meeting, it is sufficient to log in using an abbreviation or a nickname. However, your name or email may be processed, especially if you normally use a Google account, when these accounts are automatically linked. However, the processing takes place exclusively for the purpose of technical support for the seminar/meeting.

How long do I keep personal data?

 

I keep your personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship, for the period specified by the relevant legal regulations, for the period of existence of my legitimate interest, or until the relevant periods set for the exercise or protection of my rights expire. I am happy to provide you with specific information upon request.

In the case where the processing is based on consent, for the period specified in the consent. If the period of consent is not specified directly in the consent, the consent shall be for 3 years. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before its withdrawal.

Who can access your personal data

 

Personal data is processed:

  • by me;

  • external processors with whom I cooperate and with whom I have a proper contract for the processing of personal data. These include, for example, providers of external accounting services or cloud services. I am happy to provide you with more specific information upon request.

 

I can also provide personal data to subjects or authorities that are authorized to request disclosure of personal data in accordance with the relevant legal regulations, but only because I simply have to tell them. 

 

​Your rights in connection with the protection of personal data

 

In connection with the protection of personal data according to the GDPR, you have a number of rights. If you want to use any of these rights, please contact me at bohunka@hihlanova.cz.

 

You can thus request information about what personal data I process, request access to it (including the right to portability), have them updated or corrected, want to limit their processing, request a copy of personal data, transfer or deletion, if the purpose or legal reason for their processing no longer exists. If you feel that I am not handling your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection. But I will be very happy if you let me know first so that I can do something about it and correct any mistakes.

Cookies

 

To ensure the functionality of the website www.hihlanova.cz I only process technical and functional cookies that are necessary for the operation of the site. Analytical cookies I do not process. The storage of technical cookies is in my legitimate interest, and their use does not require the consent of the data subject. The data subject is entitled to object to the use of cookies. Restriction of cookies can lead to a decrease in the quality of the functioning of the website.

 

These principles of processing personal data and cookies apply from 1 August 2024.
