Scope od personal data and purposes of processing

I process the personal data you entrust to me only on the basis of a valid legal ground, in particular the performance of a contract, a legal obligation, a legitimate interest or the consent given:

Provision of services, performance of a contract:

• If you book a non-binding online appointment, I process your personal data to the extent necessary for this purpose - i.e. name, surname and e-mail.

• For the provision of the agreed services (consultation, advisory services, training), I process your personal data as the client to the extent necessary - i.e. name, contact details (e-mail, telephone), your business data and, where applicable, the data you give me in order to provide my services.

• In the case of individual coaching, in addition to the above data, this also includes data on the dates and scope of the coaching provided, determined by the number of hours, for record-keeping purposes in order to demonstrate the coach's experience and qualifications. I process this personal data for the duration of the coach's practice.

I retain your personal data for the duration of the limitation periods, unless the law provides for a longer period of time to retain them or unless otherwise specified in specific cases.

I do not pass on your data to anyone else for processing.

Your rights in relation to personal data protection

You have a number of rights in relation to the protection of personal data under the GDPR. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact me at bohunka@hihlanova.cz.

You can ask for information about what personal data I process, request access to it, have it updated or corrected, want to restrict its processing, request a copy of your personal data, transfer or erasure. If you feel that I am not treating your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority. However, I would be very happy if you let me know first so that I can do something about it and rectify any wrongdoing.
